Hey, So... do you guys wanna be the purple people eaters now? I think we should change our name soon so that we can stop being like all the other clinics out there.
Posted Wed Sep 17, 2008 9:00pm by powerinthelines
Hey, Julian... When is that rap going to laid down onto Formless Unstructor. Give it a shot when you can.
Posted Sat Aug 30, 2008 1:20pm by powerinthelines
Check out Gracious Space, just released.
Posted Mon Aug 18, 2008 12:12pm by powerinthelines
Hey yo, Lucy, do you think you can put a guitar loop on the middle part of the song that solos the piano, drums and bass, and maybe throughout the song? Talk to Daron about what he thinks would be good. Maybe just in that little space in the middle that I just mentioned would be nice.

Daron, I really love what you have done on My Town. Shweta also loves what you've done. We can't wait to see you around the 25th. We'll have a large cookout in celebration and play music as well.

Posted Fri Mar 28, 2008 12:02pm by powerinthelines
Hey guys, I'm posting a little diddy called nanana. I really think it has some potential, I'm going to work the chords out for it later today hopefully.
Talk to you later,
Parker

That new track, "backspace" could have mad rap on it, or like singing vocals that wail. I really like it Julian. I'll think if I can add a synth line on top of it. I'm coming home tomorrow, and will be in town on wednesday. Can't wait to jam if you are around, let me know.

Hey Parker, I am currently in Richmond, VA, so I am away from all my music things. What tempo is that song? And also I posted a song I was working on right before I left. It is rough still.
Posted Sat Mar 15, 2008 10:25am by Julian
Anyone feel like adding a track to the song On Dew Sun Rising to see what it sounds like? Or just post a drum track near the right tempo, if you can't fit one, and I'll re-record it.
Posted Fri Mar 14, 2008 11:06pm by powerinthelines
i have a question for the drummer.
what would you recommend for someone starting out and wanting to learn to play the drums
Posted Fri Mar 7, 2008 3:11pm by jaywolf
Hey, I hope we can get working on my town. My vocal track isn't the best, but if you want to, we could all record our individual tracks
Posted Sat Feb 23, 2008 1:05pm by powerinthelines

Posted Mon Aug 27, 2007 10:07pm by powerinthelines
Parker, I dig that singing. I've got the bass line all lined up, i just need to record it.
Posted Sun Aug 19, 2007 8:45pm by Julian
Preliminary ideas for Vel are up. What tempo is it? I'll put beat and harp stuff behind it, if you can tell me the tempo.
Posted Thu Aug 16, 2007 12:13am by powerinthelines
Hey, so I submitted the thing on sonicbids for The Mirror
Posted Sun Jul 29, 2007 1:43am by powerinthelines
i believe in this.
your irrepressible and concentrated exuberance was unforgettable, though surely just a harbinger of your fucking rocking potential together. your (and daron's) creations vibrate as if the whole universe and one with god. i hope you will assemble a smashing retrospective (or better yet, originals) when flapdoodle arrives from child. the womb cave would like to bear you night fruits and drinks.
i feel that you could devote more energy to your lyrics. consider serious sanskrit mantras - gregorian chants or mantras of your own. the tension between the traditions – of alternative modern rockish and semi-institutionally religious – and rhythms could be easily irreplaceable.
stay weird and just the thing, my dears.
